We are concerned about your oral health and want to ensure that it is performed in the most responsible manner. In order to assist you with the investment in your periodontal care, we have outlined our payment policy.

Emergency/Single Visit Payments

For single-visit procedures, our policy is that payment is due in full at the time of service. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, money orders and credit card payment (MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express).

Multiple Visit Payment Options 

• Option 1: Full Payment at the Time of Service

5% courtesy fee reduction for payment before treatment is rendered

Selection of this option gives you the maximum savings on the cost of your treatment plan because the billing expenses we save are passed onto you in the form of a 5% discount. Your Treatment Coordinator will provide you with specific details.

• Option 2: Open Account Payment Plan

For those who would prefer and extended payment plan, outside financing is available.  Please ask us about care credit. This method allows you to pay for the treatment over time. For more information please visit their website.

• Option 3: If you have a special situation please discuss this with our office manager.
